ZUBE STORES VENDOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Zube Stores, where vendors can freely buy and sell products. These Terms and Conditions outline the requirements, rights, and responsibilities of vendors on the Zube Stores platform. They cover vendor eligibility, product guidelines, fees, payments, shipping, returns, prohibited activities, and more.
By registering as a vendor on Zube Stores, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Platform Overview
Zube Stores is a multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace where vendors can freely buy and sell products.
Vendor Eligibility and Account Creation
Vendors must complete a verification process and may be required to submit:
National ID Card
Passport
Driver’s License
Business Registration Certificate (if available)
Tax Identification Number
Vendors must have a registered business if available.
Vendors must be manually approved by the Zube Stores team before starting to sell.
Product Listings and Content
Vendors are prohibited from selling:
- Counterfeit items
- Weapons
- Illegal goods
- Vendors must:
- Use high-quality images.
- Avoid using other sellers’ images or logos without permission.
- Ensure product descriptions are honest and not misleading.
- Vendors retain ownership of their listings but grant Zube Stores a non-exclusive license to use them for marketing and advertising.
Fees and Payments
- Zube Stores charges a commission per sale of 8% to 15%.
- An additional payment gateway fee of NGN 300 applies per sell.
- Minimum payout threshold is NGN 5,000.
- Payments to vendors are processed via direct bank transfer after the delivery returns window closes.
Order Fulfillment and Shipping
- Vendors are responsible for packaging and shipping their own orders.
- Vendors must ensure delivery within 2 to 5 business days to the buyer.
- Vendors must provide tracking information.
- Vendors are responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
Returns and Refunds
- Zube Stores manages the return and refund process on behalf of vendors.
- Vendors must accept returns within 7 days of product delivery.
Vendor Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct
Vendors must:
- Be honest in listings.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Not infringe on any third party’s intellectual property rights.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Vendors are prohibited from:
- Spamming or sending unsolicited messages.
- Posting fake reviews.
- Using multiple accounts to manipulate sales or reviews.
Intellectual Property
- Vendors retain ownership of their product listings.
- Vendors grant Zube Stores a non-exclusive license to use listings for marketing and advertising.
- Vendors are prohibited from infringing on others’ copyrights or trademarks.
Use of Zube Stores Branding
- Vendors may use Zube Stores branding or trademarks only with explicit permission from Zube Stores.
Account Suspension and Termination
Zube Stores may suspend or terminate a vendor’s account for:
- Violating these Terms and Conditions
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Repeated customer complaints
- Failure to meet shipping or quality standards
Vendors have the right to appeal a suspension or termination by contacting Zube Stores support.
Limitation of Liability
Zube Stores disclaims all liability for vendor actions or sales, including but not limited to the accuracy, quality, or legality of vendor products.
Indemnification
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold Zube Stores harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their products, listings, or conduct.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nigeria, with disputes resolved in the courts of Owerri, Nigeria.
Amendments
Zube Stores may update these Terms and Conditions with 7 to 14 days’ notice to vendors.
Confidentiality and Data Privacy
- Vendors must keep customer data confidential and comply with data privacy regulations.
- Vendors must not misuse customer data for unauthorized purposes.
Miscellaneous
- If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Zube Stores and the vendor.
By registering and using Zube Stores, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
